End-User License Agreement ("EULA") for AdSentinel

This End-User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you and AdSentinel.

This EULA covers the purchase and use of our AdSentinel software ("Software"), whether purchased directly from AdSentinel or through an AdSentinel authorised reseller or distributor ("Reseller").

It is critical to thoroughly review this EULA before proceeding with the installation and use of AdSentinel software. It describes the terms under which you are granted a licence to use the AdSentinel software, as well as warranty information and responsibility disclaimers.

Should you choose to register for a free trial of AdSentinel software, this EULA will also apply to that trial. By clicking "accept," or by installing and/or using AdSentinel software, you acknowledge your acceptance of the Software and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions presented in this EULA.

If you are representing a business or another legal entity, you must affirm that you are authorised to bind that entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you lack such power, or if you disagree with any feature of this EULA, please do not install or use the Software and do not accept this agreement.

This EULA applies solely to AdSentinel's Software and supersedes any references or descriptions of other software contained herein. The terms also apply to any upgrades, supplements, internet-based services, and support services for the Software unless further terms are included with delivery.

License Grant

AdSentinel hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the AdSentinel software on your devices in line with the terms of this EULA.

You have permission to install the AdSentinel programme on computers, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets that you control. You must confirm that your device meets the minimum requirements for running the AdSentinel software.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Modifying, altering, adapting, translating, or attempting to change any part of the Software, or combining it with any other software, or reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, reselling, or using the Software for commercial purposes.
• Permitting any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of another party.
• Employing the Software in a manner that violates local, national, or international laws.
• Using the Software for purposes that AdSentinel deems to be in violation of this EULA agreement.

Property Rights and Ownership

AdSentinel owns the Software in its original form as well as any later downloads made by you. AdSentinel retains all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the Software and any modifications to it.

AdSentinel reserves the right to grant licenses for Software usage to third parties.

Dismissal

This EULA takes effect upon your first use of the Software and stays in effect until cancelled. You may end it at any time by providing AdSentinel with writing notification.

Furthermore, if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement, it may be terminated immediately. The licenses granted by this EULA shall terminate upon such termination, and you must cease all access to and use of the Software. Provisions that, by definition, are meant to survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

This EULA, as well as any issues originating from or connected to it, shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with United States law.
